Member Information

Court hire is free for all members, all courts are available to members. Courts can be booked up to six days in advance by using the whiteboard in the clubhouse. Some times are pre-booked for matches, coaching or club sessions. Adult, senior and student members, as well as junior members (who pay the £72 a year), may book any available court; junior members who pay £24 a year can book court 5.

Court 5 is available for non-members to hire at £10 an hour. The court is locked by a numbered code that is given out when payment is made.

Access to the main gates and clubhouse is by two separate keys. These are included in your joining fee and membership pack.

Within the club in the corridor are the court keys.

Court 5 is accessed externally by coded padlock (ask a coach for the combinations) or internally.

Junior members can ask the coaching staff for the code to court 5 if they wish to use it when nobody is at the club.

Members may bring guests. Each guest may only play a maximum of six times in a year. After this hey have to join the club. The visitors fee is £3 for an adult and £1.50 for a child. Please sign their name in the visitor’s book before they play to ensure they are covered by the club’s insurance policy.

Please put the money in the honesty box or hand it to a coach.

Please ensure your guests pay this fee as it is an important source of income to the club and, if collected fully, can avoid future subs increases.

Members are responsible for making sure their guests pay.
